Ping's Bistro

The waiter asked me how we would like our food, would we like it less spicy? I gave him my pat answer: "Make it how you would eat it." He looked at me like I was crazy, but I held my ground.

Ping's Bistro is Hunan cuisine, garlicky and semi-spicy, certainly nothing that should scare anyone. And it was the best Hunan food I have ever had. We had a whole fish that instead of being steamed or fried was butterflied and grilled. We also had a stir fry made from fancy mushrooms.

The flavors were amazing and there were spices unlike any I have tasted before. Go here right away.
