Trattoria Monti

This restaurant is located not far from the central Rome train station. I suggest eating here every time you pass through the station.

I do not really use the word "delightful," but there is no other word that expresses my feeling about this place. The pasta is exactly al dente. The eggplant parmesan is heavenly. Everything is how it should be.

As my friend who told me about this place and I have agreed, it is a perfect restaurant.
